Cavium to Demonstrate Newest Infrastructure Security Solutions at RSA 2017

Demonstrations include next-generation crypto acceleration and offload solutions for enterprise, cloud data centers and telco infrastructures

SAN JOSE, CA – February 13, 2017 – Cavium, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAVM), a leading provider of products that enable secure and intelligent processing for enterprise, data center, cloud, wired and wireless networking, will demonstrate the company’s newest infrastructure security solutions at RSA 2017 from February 13^th – 16^th in San Francisco at the Moscone Center, South Hall in Booth 2133. Cavium product demonstrations will include the company’s industry leading, LiquidSecurity® HSM family, NITROX® processors and OCTEON TX™ multicore processors.

With the rapid growth of multi-tenant data centers and expansion of enterprise boundaries into the cloud, vulnerability of the network infrastructure has increased, mandating the implementation of security at multiple layers of the network. Cavium Announces FIPS 140-2 Certification of LiquidSecurity™ Family

SAN JOSE, Calif., February 29th 2016 – Cavium, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAVM), a leading provider of products that enable secure and intelligent processing for enterprise, data center, cloud, wired and wireless networking, today announced that the LiquidSecurity™ Hardware Security Module (HSM) Family has received the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) FIPS 140-2 Level 2 and 3 certification. The LiquidSecurity HSM family provides a partitioned, centralized and elastic key management solution with the highest transaction/sec performance. This product family is available as a PCI Express adapter with comprehensive software and also as a HSM appliance. It offers a no compromise, secure and cost efficient solution that addresses the stringent security and regulatory compliance requirements of Enterprise, Banking and Government security applications as they migrate to the Public or Private cloud. Major applications for this product family include Crypto as-a-Service, Key Management as-a-Service, Payment systems, Database as-a-Service, SaaS Applications, Virtual Private Clouds in the Public Cloud, IoT and Smart device authentication, and Smart Manufacturing.

LiquidSecurity® Family
The LiquidSecurity™ family provides a partitioned, centralized and elastic key management solution with the highest bulk and transaction/sec performance. It addresses the high performance security requirements for private key management and administration while also addressing elastic performance per virtual/network domain for the virtualized cloud environment. Product options include FIPS 140-2 level 2 and 3 certified as well as non-FIPS versions.

Multiple ADC vendors such as F5, A10, Kemp and traffic monitoring services such as Extrahop have already announced support for LiquidSecurity solution. Cavium is working to add several additional network services vendors to this list.
